Scarlett was bouncy. There was really few other words to cover it. Everything seemed to be going so well. (Another person might take this as a sign that things were about to implode, but Scarlett was far too positive for that.) Kait was back in the picture, Download was so soon, things with Renee were seeming smooth, and Nancy was moving to London.
On top of that she was standing outside the house of two of her close friends, now living under the same roof. She didn't actually know if Lee or Ry were home but she was taking a chance. She'd even brought a basket of housewarming type things with her.

"Just coming!"
Lexie called upstairs as loudly as she could from where she was standing in the basement. She carelessly placed the cup on the kitchen table, and made her way to the front door, opening it quickly so she couldn't keep the person outside waiting any longer.
Her smile froze a little when she saw who was outside - she'd never met the person before. Maybe it was someone to see one of the others.
"Hello?" she said, a note of question punctuating her voice a little.

He'd gone for jobs. Many jobs. Some, he even expected to hear back from. One or two, he hoped he wouldn't hear back from. Either way, he had done some busking both to procrastinate the job search, and then the mellow down from it afterwards. He'd sent a text in Scarlett's direction seeing if she wanted to join him... but getting nothing, he'd decided not to wait any longer and headed in the direction of his new place, buying milk and a few other essentials on the way. Impossible to know what Lexie actually thought of his lack-of-job status from her brief lj message. He hoped she wasn't upset in earnest. That would just... suck.
In other news, he was sure he'd be able to sponge some money of his mother if he really needed it. She hadn't the wit to go spending it everywhere, if she even remembered she had it.
Slipping the key into the lock, Ry pushed open the door and shoved it closed behind him. He called out a distant, "Hey..." to the house to see if anyone else was home. Maybe he'd check out what Slink was doing tonight.
