"That's not real," said Zoe, eying up the phone. It was a picture of an enormous hole that had opened up in the middle of a city street, deep enough that the straight dirt walls of the thing disappeared into shadow, a piece of a house was still hanging over the side. "That's go to be from a movie or something."
"No, it happens," Rachel insisted, passing her phone to Danny.
