Mara bit her lip and then she looked over at Kait again. "Hi." She said softly.
"Kait plays the piano." Flynn added. "She's amazing."
"I like music..." Mara said lamely. She wasn't good at smalltalk.
In the kitchen, Stuart walked up behind Abby, and he wrapped his arms around her, kissing her neck softly. "I love you, Abigail."
Abby turned and she smiled gently at him. "I know. I love you too. You should be aware that I'm probably going to bake about 14 dozen cookies now though..." She had to do something to get her mind off of goddamn babies.
Stuart chuckled. "I don't think anyone is going to mind."
