Renee was crying too, but much more quietly, and without Hope's hysterics. Pierre saw Fiona approaching out of the corner of his eye, and kissed Renee's head before slowly letting her go. Renee quickly reached out for Pierre's hand, giving it a last, desperate squeeze before hastily finding Kait's embrace. Pierre turned to Fiona then, and took her into his arms. "Hey," he greeted her softly, words failing to take him any further into dialogue.
