She leaned forward and kissed him quite lightly on his lips, and a moment later a bus went rushing past and she jumped like she'd been hit. "Shit," she hissed through her clenched jaw, squeezing his hand. Her skin fizzed. "Danny will you always, even if I turn into something else? What if I'm one of Zoe's things? What if I'm a witch or some, I don't know, electric... thing."
