Danny's smile widened into a grin and he moved forward to wrap his arms around her. It was hesitant at first, because Danny still wasn't sure what he was doing. Rachel had been there for him when he was at his lowest, however, and she had never wavered. She made him feel so safe.
He became less hesitant, though he didn't push. He'd let her decide if she wanted to deepen their kissing. Besides, he didn't really know how.
