"Yeah well, he's an ass," Danny said with a roll of his eyes. "He actually called me the other day," Danny told Cai. "And the fact that I was less than pleased to hear from him was somehow my fault. He kept talking about coming to my birthday but I can only imagine one person I want there less." He groaned and spread his hands out on the table. "Then my mum was awesome and basically told him outright he was a shitty father. She said she would be surprised if he could even recognise me."
