Little Jaida Lucille Littleton had finally come home, and Julian could not have been more excited to welcome home his little sister. He had spent the entire afternoon bouncing around and Joe had to remind him that he was not allowed to bounce when he was holding Baby Lucy, or he'd harm her... Julian promised quite firmly that his bouncing was reserved for when he was not holding his baby sister.

The second Jordan and Baby Lucy arrived home, Julian was right there to take the baby out of his mother's arms. "I want to hold her!" Julian was excellent with children, as he did have 4 cousins, thanks to his Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Felix. Jordan handed Julian his little sister, ensuring that he supported her head and he was holding her properly. The second his sister was in his arms, it was as if Julian entered a trance.

"Oh. You're so small. I mean I knew you'd be small, but dear god, you're small." Jaida Lucille yawned and Julian grinned so widely it sort of hurt his mouth. "How did you get so perfect?" Julian whispered, and he bent down so he could kiss her forehead. She stared up at him, seemingly as transfixed as he was, though that was probably just because she couldn't focus her eyes on him yet.

Joe was watching his children with something akin to awe himself. He wrapped his arms around his wife and he kissed her neck. "Welcome home, Love." He whispered into her hair.

"It's really good to be back." Jordan grinned.

Julian went to sit on the sofa, the little girl still held tightly in his arms. "I love babies. You two should have like 50 more of them."

"Oh hell no!" Joe and Jordan answered at once and Julian laughed.

"Well, fair enough. You did break the mold with this one here anyway. Hi, Lucy! I'm your brother! We met before, but now you're home! This is your home! I'm going to teach you so many things! Not the least of which is 'don't do drugs!"

Joe facepalmed and then he looked up at his wife with a look that was halfway between amusement and exasperation. "Well! On that note, I'll make tea!"

"I think that's probably for the best." Jordan laughed, and then she went to join her children on the sofa.
