"Stupid arsehole lung disease indeed," Alexei agreed. "What a pain. Perhaps if your mums wouldn't mind me commandeering their kitchen at some point soon, I could make you something that might help with your ailment? A natural aid to the antibiotic process."
Tasha smiled up at Alexei. "You're so kind, sweetie. Thank you." She would have to thank Dimitri later for his quick distraction of Sergei, too. No doubt Spence, along with Kat and Alessa, would be able to make good claim on his attention.
Alessa looked up and smiled at Dimitri as he approached, dragging a significantly larger man with him. "Found something interesting to show me?" she asked, eyebrows raised.
"Awww, aren't they cute!" Svetlana cooed as Rasputina and Dahlia played with each other. She took Rasputina from the overburdened Paul, but let the babies continue to interact. "They've made friends already. And no wonder." Svetlana grinned at Dahlia, and touched her nose. "Your daughter is very special, Paul."
