Utterly unaware of the ghostly goings-on out in the hallway of their house, Hope and Fiona were sitting together on the floor of Fiona's room. Fiona was making a collage that represented her dreams, something with was not an assignment for her fine arts degree, and just something she was doing for the fun of it. "Oooh, I should put these trolls in!"

"Yeah, because you're such a troll, I've always thought!" Hope giggled, tossing her hair over her shoulder. "Clearly Pierre doesn't think so." Hope tried to wink, but as usual, she just ended up blinking... She never really got the hang of that.

Fiona smiled as her sister brought up the topic of her French Fuckbuddy. "That is because he is blinded by lust and red hair." She positioned the picture of the trolls quite near a cut out of a Willow tree. "Speaking of lust...I saw Stephie and Tasha in the living room the other day looking quite buddy buddy after you came to join me. What's going on there?" Tasha was Hope's girlfriend, but by now Fiona was aware that Tasha, Stephie and Hope had all slept together, and Tasha and Stephie were quickly becoming closer than ever. And, as Hope was her little sister, she worried.

"That's for them to figure out." Hope smiled at her older sister, and there was absolutely no worry or stress hidden behind the expression. "If they wanted me to be a part of it, they would have said something by now. Well...Stephie would have said something by now. Tasha has said as much. I'm not the most smartest person ever, but I can totally read people." Hope shrugged. "Which is why I know I have nothing to worry about. Tasha loves me. It's in absolutely everything she does. She loves Stephie too, but it's not making her...upset, you know? She's not pining. If she was pining, I might have to interfere. To say something. To ask her to decide what she wanted, because I only want her to be happy. But she is. She is happy with me. And as much as I adore Stephie and love her as my friend, her happiness is not my responsibility unless she wants to make it that way. I have to take care of Tasha first and foremost."

Fiona studied her little sister's face as she spoke and she shook her head. Hope was right. She wasn't necessarily always the brightest light bulb in the bunch when it came to academic pursuits. And Hope was comfortable with that. It didn't bother her. When it came to relationships and friendships, Hope seemed to be far ahead of her years, which probably stemmed from being passed from family to family until she was finally adopted by Liz. She knew what was important, and what wasn't. And she didn't waste time on frivolous things like jealousy or keeping secrets. If there was an issue, she dealt with it. If she was feeling something, she said it. She was, quite possibly, the most forthright person Fiona knew when it came to her feelings and maintaining her relationships with people. And Fiona adored that about her sister. "You're very wise, you know?" Fiona smiled.

"I think I just said 'most smartest'..." Hope looked confused. Was 'most smartest' wrong?!

Fiona laughed and she patted her sister's shoulder. "I think you can be forgiven."

"Good to know! Yeah, they'll figure it out. I know they will. And I hope Stephie ends up happy too. She deserves it, she really does. I do have to admit, I liked the three-way! Have you ever had a three-way?"

In her normal, aloof manner, Fiona shrugged. "I had an orgy once." She stated simply, as she pasted a picture of a phoenix onto the page.

"Smoley Hokes!" Hope yelled, dropping the glue which immediately spread into the old sheet Fiona was using to protect her carpet for just that reason.
