Jinx took Tal's hands in his, kissing them, kissing her head, wide-eyed fear towards the doctors even as he said, "it's gonna be, okay, Tal, it's gonna be okay, soon Alice'll be here and it's all gonna be okay, yeah?" He looked at Tal, nodding at her.
