Danny caught Zoe's glance and started hitting Greg wherever he could. Greg covered his face to protect it, concentrating instead on his power. Danny faltered in his onslaught and Greg lashed out, hitting Danny in the face.

"Ow shit!" Danny yelped, falling to his knees and breathing hard. Deirdre stepped forward then and her wings finally manifested.

"Step back!" She yelled, and grab was so shocked by the sight of her, that he complied.
